Wholesale market in Beijing

Since China is the world's biggest manufactory, many buyers know that if you have chased the right way, one can get a much lower price than the mall or common shop, which is wholesale buying. Compared with the retail in some big malls or specialty stores, the wholesale has a much lower more acceptable price, in addition that you usually have to buy a bulk of the same kind of products. But not always, sometimes you can also buy one with that by wholesale price.

 

Some big cities in china like Beijing, Shanghai, Guangzhou, Shenzhen, etc, have their local wholesale market. Put Beijing for example, the famous wholesale market in Beijing was coined to be the Zoo, which is named as that because it situated beside the Beijing Zoo. Those are several buildings that constructed the Zoo wholesale market, inside there are numerous vendors with different kinds of products ranging from closing, handbag, shoes, hats, jewelry, cosmetics, etc. sellers of one kind always gathered in one floor, such as, the first floor often dose with foods and jewelry, the second and third floor is selling girls' clothes which is the main customer of those wholesale market, and the fourth floor is for shoes, the fifth is serving food for the hungry and tired buyers. Not every one of the buildings is set the same like this structure but similar.

 

There're two kinds of buyers in this wholesale market, the real wholesale buyers and the common consumers who intend to get a lower price pretend or not pretend to be a real wholesale buyer. As the Chinese saying goes, "early bird gets the worm." Usually the real wholesale buyers go to pick up their goods earlier in the morning, with big black bags in the hand, in which they can pad a bulk of stuffs. They often from different places even other countries, so they always have to take large amount of goods home. Therefore, the sellers would give a lower price or a discount if the quantity is big enough, but the price is much different from individual sale. So, if you want to get a lower price, you have to behavior like you are a constant wholesale buyer that had been there for many times.
